Covenant Fire Creations was birthed out of a long wilderness journey. As I waited on the Lord I cried out for His presence and for help in understanding His voice and what He was saying to me moment by moment. Overwhelmed by grief one day I sat down with a canvas and some paint that was leftover from my daughter's school project and I just threw colors down. "Oh that's pretty cool" turned into canvas after canvas of finished projects. Sometimes I would sit down and would try to paint a picture of what God showed me that was written in one of my journals and other times I would sit down with no idea what I was painting. Only to realize later that it was also a picture of something prophetic that the Lord had spoken to my heart. The walls of my bedroom were soon filled with pictures of promises that God had asked me to partner with heaven on. Each morning as I would pray I would look around at the paintings and prophesy "it is finished" and believe God for each promise by faith. Not only were the these canvases pictures of hope but constant reminders of the cries of my heart as I journeyed with Jesus through the wilderness.
