At Covenant Fire Creations, we strive to provide you with high-quality, custom-designed faith-based products. Since all of our items are made-to-order through print-on-demand services, please review our refund and exchange policy below to ensure you are fully informed before purchasing.

Returns:

• Made-to-Order Items: Due to the nature of our products being custom printed and made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for standard orders unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Non-returnable Items: All personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes products with custom text, designs, or personalized details.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund for the defective or incorrect product.

• To process your claim, please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Exchanges:

• Sizing Issues: If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have a change of mind, we cannot offer an exchange due to the made-to-order nature of the product. We encourage you to review the product size charts carefully before making your selection.

Refund Process:

• Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

• Shipping Fees: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
